Mary had a son, John Holton before she married Stephen, he was born in 1832 in Hook Norton and married Elizabeth Kingscott in Witney in June 1854. He is shown as Stephen's son-in-law in the census.

William & Priscilla did not have any children of their own, but a number of Priscilla's relatives lodged with them as did William's brother Joseph who never married.
